Clinderma Shipping Policy

At Clinderma, our priority is to ensure your orders are delivered securely and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the delivery of products purchased through our platform, including our website and mobile application (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

1. Shipping Locations

  • We currently deliver across India.
  • Please ensure your delivery address, including the pin code, is accurate and serviceable.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Prepaid orders above ₹499 qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Standard Shipping Charges: Orders below ₹500 will incur a flat shipping fee of ₹50, displayed during checkout and added to the total payable amount.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are delivered within 5-7 business days from order confirmation.
  • Express Delivery (if available): Select locations may opt for express delivery (2-3 business days) at an additional charge.
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturdays will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.

Delivery timelines are subject to product availability, location, and unforeseen delays such as adverse weather, strikes, or logistical challenges. Tracking details will be shared via email and/or SMS upon shipment.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • In case of delays, we will notify you via email or SMS.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email and/or SMS.
  • Track your shipment status on the courier partner's website or through the Clinderma Platform.

6. Failed Deliveries

  • Incorrect Address: Ensure your delivery address is accurate during checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Recipient Unavailable: If delivery fails due to recipient unavailability, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package. Reshipping charges may apply in such cases.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Notify us of damaged or missing items within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Based on the investigation, we will provide a replacement or refund as applicable.

8. Restricted Products

  • Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on state or regional regulations. Any such restrictions will be communicated during checkout.

9. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
  • Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not possible. In such cases, refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
